Based out of Nairobi, Kenya, Ben Mungai started his journey with Kicks Kenya in 2020. After completing his medical degree, the sneaker enthusiast in Ben saw a gap in the market and decided to seize the opportunity to take the industry by storm. As of 2023, Kicks Kenya has loyal customers shopping on their app from Sweden, Denmark, France, and several other countries!
Ben wanted to establish Kicks Kenya as the one-stop shop and the most prominent footwear brand in the country. The ambition, however, came with a few challenges of its own!
One of the many things Ben understood was how vital mobile apps are to building a strong brand identity in the eCommerce business space.
